These Pro-Kal 4.5 inch fabric waffle deli cup lids have a clear plastic rim with a vented fabric insert. Air passes through while fruit flies and other small insects stay inside, which keeps cultures from going sour.
They fit Pro-Kal deli cups from 6 oz to 32 oz, so one lid works across your fruit fly cultures, springtail and isopod cups and other small feeder colonies.

Keeper notes
Press the fabric waffle deli cup lids on firmly all the way around, because a gap at the rim is enough for fruit flies to escape. The fabric lets moisture out as well as air, so a culture stays drier than under a solid lid; if it dries out too fast, add a little water to the media. Keep the lids clean and dry, and replace them when the fabric gets torn, soiled or moldy. For springtail and isopod cups, check that the substrate does not dry out under the vented lid. Store spare lids sealed in a bag, so they stay free of dust and mites.
