Start with a small pinch of Lugarti bee pollen and see how your animal takes it. After all, a treat that is too tasty can make some animals refuse their staple diet. For fruit-eating geckos, a light sprinkle on a complete diet is enough. For tortoises and bearded dragons, use a pinch over the greens. In short, use it as an occasional topping rather than at every meal. Insects that eat pollen as part of their gut load also pass some of its nutrients on. Finally, keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
